Penyuluhan Kesehatan Life Skill Remaja pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 di Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh

Abstract


Abstrak: COVID-19 disebabkan oleh virus corona yang dikenal dengan istilah Corona Virus Diseases. Pandemi yang diakibatkan virus ini membawa dampak bagi seluruh aspek kehidupan dimasyarakat salah satunya remaja. Remaja adalah penduduk dalam rentang usia 10-19 tahun. Pada masa remaja banyak sekali permasalahan yang dialami diantaranya memiliki rasa kurang percaya diri dan tidak mengetahui bakat apa yang dimiliki. Remaja perlu dibekali dasar untuk perkembangan jiwa yang sehat, agar remaja mampu melewati masa transisi tanpa masalah salah satunya dengan life skill. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pengurus Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh, kami mendapatkan informasi bahwa jumlah remaja yang yang berada di sana ada 25 remaja. Salah satu remaja mengatakan belum pernah mendapatkan informasi tentang life skill, beberapa anak juga merasa tidak percaya diri dan sulit mengambil keputusan saat memiliki masalah. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan di Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh yang dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 8 Oktober 2020. Dari hasil evaluasi terlihat bahwa remaja sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dari awal sampai akhir. Dari hasil tanya jawab yang dilakukan moderator setelah penyampaian materi penyuluhan dapat dipastikan bahwa sebagian besar peserta sudah memahami materi life skill dan mereka bisa memberikan contoh life skill yang di lakukan pada masa pandemi untuk mengenali bakat mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh Pengurus dan Remaja yang berada di Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh serta anggota PIKMA SMART Bhamada. Dampak dari keberhasilan pengabdian ini adalah remaja mampu menyebutkan kembali materi yang telah dijelaskan dan mencontohkan kegiatan life skillpada masa pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract: COVID-19 is caused by a corona virus known as Corona Virus Diseases. The epidemic caused by this virus has an impact on all aspects of life in society, one of which is teenagers. Teenagers are the population in the age range of 10-19 years. During teenagers, many problems are experienced, including having a lack of self-confidence and not knowing the talent they have. Teens need to be provided with the basis for healthy mental development so that teenagers are able to go through the transition period without problems, one of which is life skills. Based on the results of interviews with the administrator Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh, we received information that there were 25 young. One teenager said that he had never received information about life skills, some teenager also feels insecure and have difficulty making decisions when they have problems. Implementation of community dedication by providing health education at Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh which was held on Thursday, October 8, 2020. From the results of the evaluation, it can be seen that teenagers are very enthusiastic about participating in extension activities from beginning to end. From the results of the questions and answers held by the moderator after the delivery of the extension material, it was confirmed that most of the participants had understood the Life Skills material and they can provide examples of life skills used during the pandemic to recognize their talents. The community dedication attended by Administrators and teenagers who were at Rumah Yatim Bina Anak Sholeh and members PIKMA SMART Bhamada. The impact of the success of this service is that teenagers are able to recite the material that has been ezplained and exemplity life skill activities during the COVID-19pancemic.
